CoMix study - Social contact survey in the UK.
This study has not yet been peer reviewed.
We present updated reports from the CoMix social contacts survey. Participants reported the total number of direct contacts that they had on the day before the survey, which are people with whom they had at least a brief face-to-face conversation, or with whom they had any sort of skin-to-skin contact. Week 1 links to a peer reviewed publications of the CoMix study which provides further details of the study questions and the study protocol.
Analyses are present every two weeks. We aimed to track the reproduction number and mean contacts over time and explore differences in regions. Additional ah-hoc analyses were also performed these changed on a week by week basis.
